"Very bad experience with Apollo Store. Whenever I ask them to redeem my points, they refuse. Sometimes they say redemption is not available, sometimes they say I have no points. They also always charge full MRP, while other medical stores give instant discounts. I only buy from here in emergencies. Service is not good. Not recommended."

Salesmans are uneducated, arrogant, illmannered and not ready to accept their mistakes. They don't understand the name of medicine and try to give you what they want. I have a doubt even they have any pharmacy background or education eg D pharma or B phrama. I dnt understand why Apolo hire such people and appoint them in their stores specially in societies.
